We did NOT have a good experience with this dealership and feel they took advantage of us. On Saturday (1/3/2026), my wife purchased a vehicle but decide to return it the next business day since she did n and feel they took advantage of us. On Saturday (1/3/2026), my wife purchased a vehicle but decide to return it the next business day since she did not feel safe driving it (it was too big). We did go through the financing part but left without completing the transaction (no down payment was provided). They let us leave with both a dealer tag and drive out tag. They said they could not give us our paper work without the down payment. So we did not have the ability to review any return policy. When we returned to the vehicle, which had not been titled yet, they made us "trade in" the vehicle has if it was used. She picked out another vehicle and in order to get out of the first vehicle they charged her $6,600. So now they can sell the first vehicle as NEW and also charged my wife in order to purchase another vehicle. We would not recommend this dealership. Unfortunately we still have to go back and pick up the new vehicle tomorrow. More

The dealership is very conveniently located for me and seems to be clean with a large waiting area while your car is being serviced. He kept me posted on when it was delivered and went over all of the features in the car before turning it over to me. He was a pleasure to work with. And Yuri was great when it came to explaining service plans. He didn't try to oversell me but got me a plan that I could be comfortable with. I was also able to split the cost of my payment between my personal credit card and the funds I wired directly to the dealer's bank. It all was very convenient and FAST! Overall, Toyota at Cool Springs was a very pleasant experience. More
