Toyota of Cool Springs

On April 15 Bob and I came to test drive the 2015 Subabru Forester Bob saw online. Bob is handicapped and unable to fit in many cars but this one worked. Made that important connection that not many car salesmen can do. Then the test drive where Kenny helped guide us around unfamiliar roads. This time I wasn’t the backseat driver! We closed the deal and Bob drove Ruby (car’s name) home. The check engine light came on and stayed on. We live 30 miles away. Kenny was on top of the situation and had Service guys pick up Ruby and drive her back to the service Dept and y’all kept her over the weekend to repair the sensor that she needed. The guys drove her back Monday and we drove her Wednesday for our first outing. Very comfortable to drive and ride in. Now we are going to a Subabru dealership to get another master key fob made as she come with two. Plus we will ask them to show us what the valet key fob is supposed to do. Cool Springs Toyota is beautiful. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Kenny is great and a well seasoned employee. You guys are fortunate to have him. Bob and Denise More
