We just picked up our new RAV4 Hybrid. T of Cool Springs went out of the way to modify the build order for a vehicle in production, removing options we didn't want and getting the color T of Cool Springs went out of the way to modify the build order for a vehicle in production, removing options we didn't want and getting the color we did. Even better, this vehicle was produced at the Toyota plant in Georgetown, Kentucky. Time from order to receipt of the vehicle was about a month, and our salesman, Jimmie Gile kept us updated on the progress frequently. The only negative about this transaction was that we had to drive over 100 miles round trip, twice, to complete the purchase. I would gladly do this again. Thank you Jimmie and the crew at Toyota of Cool Springs. More
