I have been working with Toyota of Cool Springs since 1997 when I moved to Franklin. During that period, only the name changed. They have done great work, given help, given advice, and sold me cars si 1997 when I moved to Franklin. During that period, only the name changed. They have done great work, given help, given advice, and sold me cars since then. I have purchased about 4 cars during this period. The last car was with Jim Giles. He has become someone who will be my "go to" guy in the future. He listened, explained, was truthful, and let me know what could actually be done. I bought a 2021 Camry XSE based on his knowledge. Originally walked in to get info, on a Saturday. Returned on Sunday to finalize the deal. Delivery was Monday. Quite a nice weekend. More

Alan Richardson did a super job getting us into our new Toyota Tacoma. I guess that's why his nickname is the "Superman!" But, seriously, he was so helpful and diligent about getting us the deal we asked f Toyota Tacoma. I guess that's why his nickname is the "Superman!" This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Cool Springs and Gage Lance. The first vehicle we done in person.
