They marked up my Tundra by $5,000 and said I’d have to buy it back at the higher price plus taxes and fees. They also told me I’d have to pay all dealer fees again if I wanted to switch back. In the end, they only offered to buy back the RAV4 if I agreed to lose another $5,000 in fees — and I’d still have to wait 2–3 weeks for a check. In just ONE day, I lost thousands while they profited. This dealership does not stand behind its deals and takes advantage of customers. More
