The thought of buying a new car had me stressed out until I went to Toyota of Cool Springs and was introduced to their Sales Associate, Jeff Williams. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach that put me at ease and allowed me to focus on the right vehicle for me. With Jeff's help and the information he provided, I purchased a 2019 RAV 4 and credit him for making the experience so much more pleasant than I expected. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. 2019 Highlander XLE Josh and I met at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. He spent time with us showing us the difference between the Highlander Models. He also took us for a test drive of the highlander. Josh and I spent the next several weeks finalizing the the terms of our agreement. We had reached an agreement on a Blue Highlander, but at dealership changed to a Silver vehicle. They honored the same price. Stephen spent time pulling out the vehicles from the lot to see them side by side so we could finalize our choice, helped use with papers and then spent over an hour showing us the features and personalizing the vehicle to our phones so that we could receive value of the features immediately. Both men went beyond just service to us. I also visited Beaman Toyota and Rivergate Toyota but didn't receive any real interest in my purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. Toyota of Cool Springs was interested in my business, my needs and allowed me the time to make my decision. Yuri walked us through the final paperwork and has followed up with us understanding every sheet we had to sign to finalize our purchase. Service on my 2004 Corolla 8/1/2019 I am a loyal customer at Toyota of Cool Springs. On 8/1/2019 I brought the car in because the @check engine” light had display for three days the week I am a loyal customer at Toyota of Cool Springs. On 8/1/2019 I brought the car in because the @check engine” light had display for three days the week before. My Service Advisor, Joe Fazio, greeted me and immediately recognized me from a previous visit. He diagnosed the engine, gave me an estimate for the service, and called me when my Corolla was ready for pickup. Joe saved me about $100 from his initial estimate by making sure I applied all available savings coupons and by deferring one non-essential item from the list until the next service appointment. Joe Fazio is one of the reasons I will take both my Toyota vehicles ONLY to Toyota of Cool Springs. Thanks, Joe! More
