Above and Beyond Not only were Jeff and the "paperwork" folks easy to deal with, they provided service above and beyond any I've ever received form a car dealership. Not only were Jeff and the "paperwork" folks easy to deal with, they provided service above and beyond any I've ever received form a car dealership. The emission certification expired while we were awaiting the DMV to send the new plates. Jeff came to my house, picked up the car, took it to be tested, and the dealership paid the fee, then he returned it washed to my house. This was almost three weeks AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Outstanding. Thank you. More
