Jonathan was patient and took time to show me all the bells and whistles and set up the nav system. He reviewed the owners manual and maintenance schedule with me. Chris Mitchell in Finance took care of the financing side and was helpful and efficient as well. I live in Alabama and we were able to get a great deal of the paperwork and questions taking care of electronically. We went to Toyota of Cool Springs and were blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in it was such an easy and positive experience. Kyle Long made the process of trading in my husband’s Fiat 500T to picking out our vehicle as enjoyable as possible and helped us to find the right vehicle, even though it had to be brought in from another dealer.
