After my truck was serviced, I had to remove my back tires for some brake repairs and the tool to get tires off that comes with the truck. I bent completely straight. They have the lug nuts on so tight tires for some brake repairs and the tool to get tires off that comes with the truck. I bent completely straight. They have the lug nuts on so tight and my lug nuts are all beat the heck from them using an impact gun or the wrong size socket. I also had a squeal on my serpentine belt when I checked it I found heavy cracking so I replaced it they say they do multipoint inspections, and not sure how they did not catch multiple cracks in a serpentine belt. Just expect higher quality service with how much hourly they charge. More
