My only issue was a paid for tires over the phone with parts department and was told service will call back to schedule them to be installed. But nobody called back. I made two 40ml trips to get front brake pads replaced. RAV4 on lifts when ya'll realized you didn't have the part for maintenance scheduled 3wks in advance.
