There was some question about whether i needed an oil change, but the service advisor was very understanding, and gave me the benefit of the doubt. It was much appreciated. The parts department was able to provide what I wanted, and was pleasant to work with, too. I also appreciated the complementary sweet roll and coffee while I waited. The car wash coupon was appreciated, but i really liked it better when the wash was provided right a the dealership. More
