I had hood alarming anytime my van was in motion. I called and the next service appointment was a week out so a manager had to be contacted. Travis called & after hearing the problem said I could com I called and the next service appointment was a week out so a manager had to be contacted. Travis called & after hearing the problem said I could come in. He even said they'd wash off the hood sensor. I had forgotten that I had hit a squirrel a few days earlier. It was in my engine abd still alive after hit and after taking a ride at 80mph in my engine on a highway for 3 hours. He finally chewed up electronics to try to get out. They kept van overnight abd got it fixed! Also fixed an electronic tire alarm! Was absolutely incredible service all around!! Thank you!! More
