We are from out of state and had our check engine light come on. We took the car in, without an appointment. Even though they were busy, they took the time to check everything out. Brock, the service manager kept us informed on what they were finding, and what they were doing. In about 2.5 hours they had us back on the road and headed home. I had been a nervous wreck being away from home and having car problems. They took care of everything! We are now halfway home and the car is running great again. Thank you so much for all your help! Im disappointed that I learned the part behind my rear view mirror is missing and they didn't tell me. I found a piece of it on my front seat so I assume it broke when they looked at it. It's a black piec view mirror is missing and they didn't tell me. I found a piece of it on my front seat so I assume it broke when they looked at it. It's a black piece connected to the window. I will notify Blake tomorrow. The rear view mirror has been broken for a while but still functional. So I don't know why they were compelled to remove this piece and provide zero explanation about it. If something is broken in their custody and control, they are responsible to fit it.
