It was fine. I was a little off put by feeling gaslit this time around. I went to leave and my glove box wouldn't stay closed so I asked for assistance and was to I was a little off put by feeling gaslit this time around. I went to leave and my glove box wouldn't stay closed so I asked for assistance and was told the hook was missing to latch it. He called the tech and asked if it was missing when he inspected it and he said yes so I was told it was from when I change cabin filters. I never noticed it missing before, and don't know how the issue of the box being open magically started happening right after my appointment. No offer to fix or anything. He just reinstalled the glove box until it closed so assuming the issue will come up again. Just the immediate finger pointing to me made me upset when I have never had an issue before. More

I had a flat tire and working with Brock he let me know I still had warranty on my tires and he was able to get a tire ordered that day for the truck the next day and work me in to have it put on that day it still had warranty on my tires and he was able to get a tire ordered that day for the truck the next day and work me in to have it put on that day it arrived.
