I have been a Toyota fan for a number of years. Currently have two and a number of trades. Was disappointed at my last trip about remote start that only works occasionally. I have been told by two Toyota employees that it is just a bad design and they often deal with complaints about it. They say I need to subscribe to the app which is not what I purchased. One time I had fuel line that was not available from Toyota as a part and they did not have anybody who could create a new fuel line from correctly.
