Really good! I had a tailgate that wouldn't open on a truck with less than 400 miles on it. That's frustrating. Travis got it to open. It seems to be doing fine. Toyota really needs a manual override on the tailgate system. More
Very respectful and answered my questions. When I questioned about how the process of a LOANER VEHICLE works, Jaimie had a reassuring smile. I drove away with confidence. At no point was it clearly explained that the $475 was only for the front brakes and that the rear brakes would be an additional charge. Because of this, both my husband and I left with the understanding that the total cost of the repair would be approximately $475. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, we were surprised to receive a bill for $1,159. Had the full cost been clearly communicated upfront, we could have made a more informed decision about the repairs. The staff was friendly, but the lack of communication regarding the actual total cost was disappointing and left us feeling misled. More
