Two hours later, after close inspection and running through the diagnostics, it was determined that there was a glitch in my computer warning lights, and when reset, there was actually not a problem. After your technician took a test drive, I was ready to head on down the road and home to Topeka. I stood speechless when I was told there was “no charge”. I almost started crying on the spot. I returned home safely, and escaped the predicted snow for Des Moines. I highly recommend your service department for their nonjudgmental attitude, kindness and patience.
