I called Toyota with a situation with my new vehicle and was called back promptly with a solution. Also, when in for routine tire rotation I mentioned a problem with a window seal. $250 to diagnose is absolutely insane and shameful -- cheating people. As large and flashy as Toyota is, a loaner vehicle should be provided - first for single parents - with no other transportation - es cheating people. Also, being told at 7:15am by the secretary answering calls that 'no one is available in the service department' is frustrating and untrue. Just connect the call? Lots of room for improvement here - I hope this helps create change and Toyota strives to put customers first. More
