Terrible. Had I known I would be working with an inexperienced staff, I would have purchased my vehicle from another dealership. Had a question about the price of lifting my pick up truck and was told they would tell me later...okay? Maybe Toyota has too much business that they are turning customers away to other dealership to do their jobs for them? Then, parts started to fall out while in the dealership. Came home and another part fell off. Called the dealership to address my concern and the person who called me back did more blaming than solving my problem. More
