He was good getting information about making a sell, But once the truck was there i didn't hear from him for about 30 days.. I asked via their txt service about dropping off the truck. Drove in without an appointment at 1:30. I explained suspected issue with 12-volt battery on my RAV4 Prime and headed back home. Received notice that issue was resolved before 3:30.
