I brought my sons 2024 RAV4 in with 5043 miles on it for oil change. The Service Rep was rude. I informed we were there for oil change, the car is over a year old and he said, it's not due yet, are you goin oil change. The Service Rep was rude. I informed we were there for oil change, the car is over a year old and he said, it's not due yet, are you going to pay for it? He said all they could do was trite rotation. My son is in the Army as a mechanic and said the oil needs changed it's not good for it to sit. So I called back to customer service and have to be inconvenience to bring car back tonight for oil change. I have purchased 5 Toyota from Toyota and have had service and never been treated so disrespectful! More
