Very helpful , the other Toyota dealership in Ottumwa said they couldn’t do the work on my car so I drove to Grimes .The man that helped me got a wrench and did some tightening and 10 seconds it was done said they couldn’t do the work on my car so I drove to Grimes .The man that helped me got a wrench and did some tightening and 10 seconds it was done !! What a waste of time . I’m not satisfied with the dealership in Ottumwa. I’ll be back when I’m ready to update , see you in a couple years !!!! More

Had my truck in for service mentioned there was a couple lights on my dash an asked if they could look them up when I had service done. An what I am told is there’s no lights on.
