Car buying made easy and enjoyable We have always been fans of the maker and since returning to the Des Moines area more than a decade ago, have enjoyed a good relationship with Toyota We have always been fans of the maker and since returning to the Des Moines area more than a decade ago, have enjoyed a good relationship with Toyota of Des Moines, which years ago actually caught a problem with a Tacoma we had bought out of state and repaired it under warranty. Surprise to us at the time. Working with Josh and the the rest of the crew at Toyota of Des Moines on the purchase of our 4Runner was a pleasure. Josh understand all of the features of the various 4Runner models and while he was a persistent salesman, we never felt pressured. He searched for a 4Runner that met our wants, had it delivered to the dealership and we sealed the transaction in short order. Bob sets a TOP stan Thanks to Bob Staley I will be buying with DSM Toyota from now on in DSM and I live 10 miles from a Toyota Dealer in North Iowa. Bob sets a TOP standard that is hard to beat for the rest of the dealership. He looked for what I wanted, at the right price, and options, and is hard to beat. But when you have a GREAT salesman like Bob the rest of the dealership needs to be up to that standard or it sticks out to the customer. I found the finance person very flat, and did not get me all of the forms that where needed and had to send in the mail to me. The person that did the final detail and was to answer my questions did not know the answers to my questions and the middle seat had not been cleaned. Once again Bob did his job but in business everyone needs to be on stage and informed on product to keep up with the standards that Bob Staley offers. 5 stars for Bob. More
