Listened and took action Having your car die during rush hour is not a great way to start the day but Ian and then Bob salvaged a bad situation and turned it into a win. Ian understood that my 2009 Yaris was on it's way out and presented the repair options frankly. When I advised I wanted to look at a new/used car he recommended Bob for when I came in later that day. Bob understood that my wife knew more about cars than me and treated her as the expert which is something far too many salesmen fail to do. He also didn't try to push us towards something we didn't need or want. He listened, adapted and just about 30 hours after my car died in the middle of the street I was driving off the lot in a used 2014 Camry at a great deal. More
