Todd treated like we were his only customers for day We were in the Des Moines area looking at Subarus. Being not completely satisfied, we drove to the Toyota dealership just to see what was on the lot We were in the Des Moines area looking at Subarus. Being not completely satisfied, we drove to the Toyota dealership just to see what was on the lot and in our price range. (HUGE selection!) We've owned several Toyotas in the past so were well aware of the reputation/reliability of the brand. We were walk-in customers and Todd greeted us right away and treated us like he had dealt with us before and was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search for the right vehicle. We settled on a 2017 RAV4. We had a Toyota Corolla XRS trade-in ready to discuss a deal. We got a great deal and thorough walk-through of the vehicle and its accessories (i.e. Bluetooth, etc.). The Customer Service is excellent! The ride home was smooth and comfortable. We got a call from the dealership the next day to ensure all was well with the vehicle and our purchasing experience. It seems that once you're a Toyota owner, always a Toyota owner. More
