Incredibly Flexible vehicle purchase When we purchased the vehicle it was not in stock. Before it came a similar vehicle arrived at Toyota of DM and agree to change to it. When we were interested in a vehicle listed on their website, staff was excellent answering our questions through e-mail and text. When we decided to go to the lot to see the vehicle later in the day, it wasn't on the lot, but our sales rep tracked it down, drove us directly to the vehicle and we test drove it back to the lot with him showing us all the features of the vehicle. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Toyota of Des Moines whether looking for a new or used vehicle or for service. This was my first time buying from them but I'm now a loyal customer because of this experience and would highly recommend them. More
