I was pleased with this visit. My recall was taken care of in a timely manner and my service advisor seemed competent and pleasant to deal with. Bryon made me a good deal long distance via email and phone and was prepared when I arrived after a 400 mile trip. All staff were masked for covid, which I appreciated greatly as we have a medically fra phone and was prepared when I arrived after a 400 mile trip. All staff were masked for covid, which I appreciated greatly as we have a medically fragile person living in our house. Everything went smoothly despite some problems I'd encountered with my trade in vehicle. New truck was prepped and squeaky clean. Was on the road for the trip back home in quick order.
