His memory from several years ago when my husband purchased a Toyota Prius with his help, was remarkable. He remembered that a few years ago we'd said we might be interested in a Prius C (I'd seen one I really liked in a parking lot near where we live), called us about one a year or two ago and the timing was right, but his call this time, mentioning the availability two used Prius-Cs was right on time and he had exactly the right car for me. The gentleman who explained the additional charges, and took our check in payment was also extremely patient and knowledge. When we came back to pick up floor mats we'd ordered, there was some confusion on my husband's part and I was really impressed with the patience and diplomacy of the woman in Parts who helped us get things cleared up so calmly and wisely. Before we left we connected with Faraz Asad, someone my husband knew from his previous purchase and he took some extra time to make sure we had the copies of the papers we needed/wanted, including a receipt stamped Paid, that my husband wanted. I am sorry that I do not remember the names of all these people. Our years with getting service for our other Prius have left us with confidence in the knowledge and skills of the service staff, as well as appreciation of the congeniality and patience of the other staff we have dealt with. Now, as the primary drive of the Prius-C I am delighted to have this car--in the color I love, no less-- and grateful to all who contributed to this. More
