Very capable customer service department. I recently purchased a used Sienna and the FOB didn't work. They tried to reprogram it, but it was beyond repair. Even though I signed a paper saying I recently purchased a used Sienna and the FOB didn't work. They tried to reprogram it, but it was beyond repair. Even though I signed a paper saying I was buying the car "As Is", they replaced the FOB for free for me. I'm am truly impressed and thankful. More

Recently purchased 2015 Toyota Prius They fixed a small dent in front bumper and several other areas on vehicle that needed body work. Since the body work on the vehicle could not be com They fixed a small dent in front bumper and several other areas on vehicle that needed body work. Since the body work on the vehicle could not be completed in one day; they gave us a brand new Camry to use as a loaner until we received the call that our Prius was ready and that we could pick it up. While we were at the dealership, we spoke to our wonderful salesperson, Matt Fullerton, and had a nice visit with him as well as several other people we had met from the dealership. More
