I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota of Des Moines. I received more for my trade than Dewey Ford and Macke Chevrolet offered me 5 months earlier. Dewy Ford and Macke Chevrolet tried to short Moines. I received more for my trade than Dewey Ford and Macke Chevrolet offered me 5 months earlier. Dewy Ford and Macke Chevrolet tried to short me on my trade between $4000-$5000 which I felt was an insult to me as a customer. I felt that Toyota of Des Moines and my salesman, Steve Henigan, treated me very fair on my trade and on my purchase. Steve Henigan is an outstanding Salesman that has Sterling Character, Integrity, and Honesty. I considered it a high honour, and a privilege to have had Steve Henigan as my salesman. We have had different people from our church purchase new and used vehicles from Toyota of Des Moines and we will continue to send them repeat business. Toyota of Des Moines is interested in customer satisfaction and building a long term relationship rather than a one time sale. My wife & I purchased a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited new. We have had it serviced at Toyota of Des Moines from the beginning, using the awesome 'pick up' service, so most of my contact with the Limited new. I call Kris to set up the appointment & all I need to do on the day of the appointment is get the car in the driveway & it disappears & then reappears later that day. If there are any problems/questions my adviser calls to discuss the problem/question. I find the service department/personnel very knowledge, friendly, & always willing to help. Our buying experience with Bob Link was awesome also. No pressure, just 'what can I do for you'. We loved the 2004 Highlander so much we kept that car, went back to Bob Link & bought a 2012 Highlander Limited. Well needless to say I am following the same procedure with the 2012 as I did with the 2004. Toyota of Des Moines has been servicing our Highlanders for 13 years & will continue doing so.
