The entire experience was no-hassle. I researched the vehicle I wanted, called Toyota of Des Moines and told Becky the fair price I wanted to pay as well as my trade-in value. Our 21 yr old daughter was looking for a used car and had a few ideas of what she didn't want but didn't really know what she DID want. As a sales person myself, I was VERY impressed that Jeremy talked to our daughter and asked her questions, not just us. He treated her with respect and was relentless when she gave him the thumbs down. He LISTENED to what she wanted and had a wealth of knowledge about every car. Amazing! Once our daughter decided on a vehicle, we processed the initial paperwork and committed to a pickup time/date. Jeremy promised the car would be clean (it already was) after another car wash and told our daughter he would go over details of the car once again, before she drove it off the lot. He promised her that he would follow through on his end should any questions/concerns arise and when we talked to her afterwards and asked how the car was, she replied, "it's beautiful." Very, very happy with Jeremy's professional demeanor and knowledge of cars on his lot. I appreciate a sales person with PASSION. Jeremy loves to sell cars and it shows. I went in and told Dan exactly how much per month I could spend and what I was looking for. He worked hard to get me the financing I needed, at the price I needed.
