We have bought 3 brand new cars from Toyota of Des Moines. Two of the cars haven’t had any issues, but my 2017 Platinum RAV4 has had some type of transmission issue, and many times I mention this to t Moines. Two of the cars haven’t had any issues, but my 2017 Platinum RAV4 has had some type of transmission issue, and many times I mention this to the service department and they tell me nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, the problem gets worse and worse. Now the car is virtually unusable. I thought it was because I am a woman or maybe because I am Asian, or both. But last week my husband took an afternoon off work to talk them in service department, but it was like they didn’t want to listen to him, either. I am very frustrated. I take very good care of my car. It still looks like brand new inside and out, but I can’t drive it now. I don’t know what to do. Next new car probably won’t be from this dealership. More
