Oil change and 18 month inspection done. Took about 45-60 minutes. Car calls for 0W -20 weight oil. Invoice should 0W-16 oil I was charged for. This is the 3rd invoice shows this. I questioned the advisor about it, he said they should have put the correct weight oil in the car. I asked him to confirm for sure the correct weight was used. He went through a couple screens on his computer and said again it was the correct weight oil. I wish they would get the invoice corrected. I'm still not 100% sure the correct weight was used. He said the parts department keyed it in wrong. Well, this is the third invoice that shows the wrong weight I've gotten from them. They need to fix it so I and the other customers don't have to question it every time. Visual inspection video was good. And staff was friendly upon arrival and exiting. More

Everything was good. I guess a bolt broke when he was changing the oil on the transmission which made it last a lot longer and then they said they put some blue Loctite o I guess a bolt broke when he was changing the oil on the transmission which made it last a lot longer and then they said they put some blue Loctite on it to hold the bolt in. They said a couple threads pulled out, so I just hope everything is OK for a long time. I don’t think it was anybody’s fault, but I was there a long time and they kept me informed they were very professional and I used to be a mechanic so I understand things happen and it was kind of expensive but everything nowadays is expensive.
