Oil change Employees were all friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait very long for an oil change and tire rotation either! For some reason I thought you Employees were all friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait very long for an oil change and tire rotation either! For some reason I thought your dealership had complimentary cold bottle water for customers. Then I realize it was another dealership that had that. I will be recommending this dealership! More

Very efficient and thorough service I was in for routine 20,000 mile service and chose to wait until it was completed. Expecting to be there an hour or a bit more, I was pleasantly surpr I was in for routine 20,000 mile service and chose to wait until it was completed. Expecting to be there an hour or a bit more, I was pleasantly surprised when informed just half an hour later that everything had been completed without problems. But then that is typical of my experiences with Toyota of Des Moines in all departments. More
