Service for my Solara SLE convertible was excellent. I went to purchase a Venza, the sales experience and knowledge about the car was very poor. The sales follow-up call was a week or two later. The availability of a new Venza was over a month out and was very vague at best. I was forced to go to a different dealer and buy A new Venza limited two weeks after my initial visit in Grimes. More
