I was reminded about my two appointments via text and email many times over the past 30 days. I didn't feel the personnel had any respect for my time. I had an 8:10 appointment. I know this is an approximate time but felt comfortable making another commitment at 12:00. After not hearing from the service tech by 10:30, I tried to find out the status of my service. Finally, at 11:08 I received a text saying that the work was complete and asking if I wanted a ride back to the dealership. I immediately responded "yes". I received a call from the shuttle driver at 11:37 saying he was on his way. Obviously, I had to cancel my 12:00 appointment. Once the Toyota shuttle driver got me to the dealership, I then had to wait more than 10 minutes for somebody to bring my car to me. It seems to me that since they knew I was on my way to the dealership, my car should have been waiting for me. The overall lack of consideration for my time left me dissatisfied with the service. More
