Blake was actually very nice but my previous experience with him was why I gave him a 4, taking into consideration that I previously made a trip to get a second key for my car & he told me that he had to h with him was why I gave him a 4, taking into consideration that I previously made a trip to get a second key for my car & he told me that he had to have approval from Toyota to do that. Eventually discovered that was incorrect & so I had to make a second appointment. Guess I thought he might apologize or maybe give me a discount on my oil change??? More
