I made an appointment for the work weeks in advance. When doing so, I described a problem that had been discussed multiple times. When picking up the car at the end of the day, multiple issues still exi When doing so, I described a problem that had been discussed multiple times. I talked with the advisor to see if there were any discounts that could be applied and he told me he would work on that. When presenting a coupon at the end of the night that seemingly would have applied to a discount on the parts, the person helping me check out would not apply the coupon. Also, I asked if there were any other coupons that may help out and the advisor could not help me find one or apply one. Toyota of Des Moines used to be the place to go and did well with their service department. Today, there are other options that seem to want my business more and are easier to get into with only a minimal drive more. This dealership does not respect long time customers, clients and returning owners. It prioritizes new customers first. More
