Brought it in for a rattling noise. However, they were not recommended to be replaced And the quote was sent to me that did not include any break charges just to filters that needed to be changed. But then I get a call that they replace everything but they'll take 50 bucks off because they did it without my permission or authorization. I then asked them to lock my keys in my car and I will pick it up after hours because I work two jobs. I can't find my keys that should've been locked in my car. I called Saturday but I have not gotten any response so far as to where my keys for my car. More
With last service , I had issues with the airbag light always lightup in my dashboard. I was told that there is an issue in the driver seat with airbag circuit and we have to change the entire circuit whi always lightup in my dashboard. I was told that there is an issue in the driver seat with airbag circuit and we have to change the entire circuit which will cost around $900 and the diagnostics $200. I did hold not to proceed for circuit change. When I came home and checked the airbag connection below driver and passenger seat, I found that the passenger seat connection was little loose and I just pressed and I got click sound. After that when I started the car multiple times I was not able to see the airbag alert in dashboard. So my question is i paid $200 dollars+tax for a wrong diagnostics . It's was simple loose connection at passenger seat side and not the driver seat. How can such miss been justified? How can I trust such recommendations in future from a certified Toyota dealer like you? More

The oil change was routine except for the 5m oil change interval vs10m in owners manual. Also talked to Lou about tires. He was very professional and I was impressed. Will consider buying from him.
