Very professional place we enjoy going to. We travel over 2 hours to get there and our family has purchased over 15 Toyota vehicles in our life times so our loyalty is not in question. My only gripe an over 2 hours to get there and our family has purchased over 15 Toyota vehicles in our life times so our loyalty is not in question. My only gripe and it is rather small is that our time even though retired is valuable too. We had to wait over 2 hours for a 15000 mile service and nothing major was done. Granted service was busy but they always are which is good I guess. We love the little video that we get don't change that. Keep up the good work. More

Making the appointment and checking and out were easy. I am still concerned as to why I had to have a dead battery as a result of a missing software update to my DCM that is a problem apparently known by To am still concerned as to why I had to have a dead battery as a result of a missing software update to my DCM that is a problem apparently known by Toyota and a known problem to the dealership. I am fortunate that it was dead in my garage and not somewhere on the road. This type of problem should be a recall or at least a Service Advisory Notice and not left to discover by the customers as their vehicles become inoperative at random. More
