Went to the waiting area where I couldn't resist a free donut. Maybe half an hour later the service rep brought a print of the work completed and problem corrected. Went to the front desk and paid. Went to may car headed out and went home. All smooth and no problems. More

I discovered the flat tire late on a Friday afternoon. Seth returned my call to the service department and explained all options available to me. My choice was new tires. Toyota was closing so he said he would be there on Saturday at 7:00am. By 10:30 Saturday morning i was on my way with new tires. Great Experience!! More
