Came in with a stuck FILTER…the managed to break the PLUG BOLT and then had the audacity to tell me I’m responsible and have to either put a new hole and plug in the oil pan or replace the whole oil pan, all at my expense for their mechanic, with only a year of experience, destroying something that might be the easiest job to service on a vehicle. Was offers to speak with a manager on the matter, was never brought in, was charged hundreds of dollars for a simple oil change they make a mess of. Should just do the work yourself and save yourself the time, money, and headache More
