I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to this dealership because since the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally, and I was treated with respect. My purchase was stress-free the sales dealership because since the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally, and I was treated with respect. My purchase was stress-free the sales person and team were very patient, dedicated, and helpful. I am very thankful and I will gladly refer other people to this dealership. It’s not often that you come across such a high level of dedication and attention to detail, and it truly made a difference. Going in, I was expecting the usual back-and-forth and pressure that tends to come with buying a car, but that was not really the case here. The staff was approachable and respectful from the beginning. They checked in without hovering and gave me enough space to look around and think things through at my own pace. That alone made the experience feel a lot more comfortable than I expected. I especially want to highlight Daniel Carrillo, who helped me directly through the sales process. He was easy to talk to, patient, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. He kept things straightforward and was consistent the entire time, which made a big difference. I would easily give him 5 stars for how he handled everything. As I started narrowing down my options, they were patient and willing to walk me through the details without making it feel like a sales pitch. The information they provided felt clear and straightforward, and I never got the impression that they were trying to gloss over anything. It felt more like they were focused on helping me make a decision that made sense for me rather than just trying to close a deal quickly. The inventory seemed well-kept and thoughtfully presented. Everything I looked at felt clean and ready, which gave me a bit more confidence in what I was considering. When I had questions about specific vehicles, they were able to answer them without hesitation or unnecessary backtracking, which made the process feel smoother. Once I decided on a car, the transition into the buying process was pretty seamless. This is also where Duban Barrios, the sales manager, really stood out. He made sure everything stayed organized and transparent, and you could tell he was making an effort to keep the experience smooth and fair. He was professional, respectful, and easy to work with, and I would also give him 5 stars. They took the time to explain pricing, financing, and all the details involved so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. I appreciated that there were no sudden changes in tone or unexpected pressure once I showed serious interest. Like any dealership experience, there were a couple of small delays during the paperwork stage, and communication could have been slightly more proactive at times. Still, nothing felt out of the ordinary or frustrating enough to take away from the overall experience. If anything, it felt pretty typical for a process that has a lot of steps behind the scenes. What really stood out to me was the consistency. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off, the level of service stayed the same. There was no drop-off in attention or shift in attitude, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. That consistency made the whole process feel more trustworthy. They also made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. They went over the basics of the car, answered a few last questions, and made sure everything was in order. It did not feel rushed or transactional, which added to the overall positive impression. Looking back, I think what makes this place stand out is that they focus on the overall experience, not just the sale. It felt organized, professional, and relatively low stress from start to finish. Even with a couple of minor delays, the way they handled everything made it easy to overlook those small imperfections. I left feeling confident in my purchase and satisfied with how I was treated throughout the process. That is really what you hope for when buying a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and straightforward experience, and I would not hesitate to come back again in the future. More
I just bought a car from this dealership and honestly it was one of the better car-buying experiences I’ve had, especially compared to what I was expecting going into it. From the moment I walked in, the was one of the better car-buying experiences I’ve had, especially compared to what I was expecting going into it. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and easy to talk to. There was none of that immediate pressure you sometimes get at other places where it feels like you are being rushed into making a decision before you are even ready. Instead, they gave me space to look around while still being available whenever I had questions. That balance made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of the experience. As I started asking more specific questions, it became clear that the staff actually knew what they were talking about. They were able to explain features, pricing, and options in a way that felt straightforward and not overly complicated. I never felt like they were dodging anything or trying to confuse me with technical jargon. It felt more like they wanted me to understand what I was getting rather than just agree to it. The selection itself was solid, and everything I looked at seemed well-maintained and presented in a way that showed they take some pride in their inventory. I did not feel like I had to “settle” for something, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. They were also patient while I went back and forth between a couple of options, and I never got the sense that they were getting impatient or trying to steer me too aggressively in one direction. Once I started getting more serious about a specific car, the process stayed consistent. There was no sudden shift in tone or pressure, which I appreciated. They walked me through pricing, financing options, and the overall breakdown in a way that felt transparent. I had time to think things through, ask follow-up questions, and make sure I was comfortable before moving forward. Of course, no dealership experience is ever completely flawless. The paperwork stage did take a bit longer than I expected, and there were a couple of moments where I had to check in for updates instead of being proactively informed. At the same time, it never felt chaotic or disorganized. It felt more like normal delays that come with a process that involves a lot of moving parts. Compared to other experiences I have had, it was still relatively smooth. One thing that stood out was how consistent the service was from start to finish. Sometimes you get great attention at the beginning and then things drop off once you are close to buying, but that did not happen here. They stayed professional, respectful, and patient the entire time. There were no last-minute surprises, no sudden add-ons being pushed aggressively, and no feeling that the deal was changing behind the scenes. I also appreciated that they took the time after everything was finalized to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving. They walked me through the basics, answered a few final questions, and made sure everything was in order. It might seem like a small detail, but it made the experience feel complete rather than rushed out the door. Another thing worth mentioning is that the overall environment felt organized and calm. Even when it was busy, it did not feel chaotic or overwhelming. The staff seemed coordinated with each other, which probably contributed to why the process, even with small delays, never felt frustrating. Looking back on the whole experience, what stands out most is that I felt treated fairly. There was a level of respect in how they handled everything that is not always guaranteed when buying a car. I did not feel like I had to constantly be on guard or double-check every little thing, which made the entire process less stressful. At the end of the day, I drove off feeling genuinely good about my purchase and the way everything was handled. That is really what matters most. They are not perfect, but they do a lot of things right, and those small details add up in a big way. More
