Carlos Lopez was great for sales but financing with horrible. Victor was our guy and he was nice enough but he told me to have the lending bank USAA send the check to DTLA Toyota. We went in the next w horrible. Victor was our guy and he was nice enough but he told me to have the lending bank USAA send the check to DTLA Toyota. We went in the next weekend and he didn't have the check even though USAA sent it fed ex. We went home and waited a few days and Victor couldn't find the check even though someone signed for it. Victor said we couldn't have it wired now because it would take to long so we had the original check stopped and ordered a new one to be sent to our home so we could deliver it. Get to the dealer to deliver the new check and the front desk person said they don't take checks it needs to be made out to Toyota and go to Toyota. Victor told us to bring it in. Talked to a manger and he said we don't take checks but did call Victor at home and they ended up taking it. We think all is well now and we don't need to worry but no! We get the pink slip and it's in my name but the bank is not on the pink slip. Bank sends us a letter that they need the pink slip. Try calling DTLA Toyota and they say someone will call us back nope no call. Now we have to figure out how to fix the pink slip. More work more money for us. Would never buy a car here again. We have been having problems with the financing every step of the way. More

If they had 0 Stars I would give it I came into this dealership because my check engine light came on with various lights when they completed the inspection they found out that my battery terminals were dealership because my check engine light came on with various lights when they completed the inspection they found out that my battery terminals were loose and no codes came back and the service advisor that performed the work was Toni Hernandez I was charged $200 to fix the problem I asked why the fee I explained I have extended warranty then service manager Ricardo laughed and said whoever serviced my car should have tighten the bolts as well told me to read the fine print so I was charged becasue they had to tighten the terminals I tried to explain that I bought the car here and serviced it here only I asked what if the light came back on he told me that it shouldn't this is when I called Toyota Motor to file a complaint I was told I should be receiving a phone call from the Customer Relations Manager in 1-2 business day’s nothing I called Toyota Motor’s back to get an update they informed me that they called multiple times to reach Katherine Ayala which is the Customer Relations Manager but no response the light came on that when I went back to this dealership to asked for a refund since my problem was not fixed I spoke with the assistant service manager Danny Herrera Rios He told me that he couldn't give me a refund because that is not how they work and told me I had to pay another diagnosis fee to look at my car that's when I went to another Toyota Dealership to find out what was really going on come to find out I have a faulty catalytic converter which is covered by warranty part have been ordered after leaving the other Toyota I went to back to this Toyota and asked to speak to the General Manager that's when both receptionists that I spoke to told me that they couldn't give me any information while laughing their names are Julissa Alejandra and Tania Guzman very rude, condescending, immature and horrible customer service I have document evedenice I will be escalating this further RUN AWAY!!!!! More
