Overall the experience was good. One thing that they could have done was to have the truck washed for when we go there, truck was dirty when we arrived. They had plenty of time to wash it since I had schedule an appointment the day before. Another thing is that multiple times I had inquire about an extended warranty and they never offered me one. Oh and the website stated that the truck was a certified Toyota vehicle, but once there they told me it was not. More

For there being a whole bunch wrong with my car, I absolutely had a great experience. I had an 8am appointment and I was greeted by Maria. She was so helpful and made me feel at ease.
