I went in for an oil change and while I was there thought I would just look at the used cars. George, my salesman, never pressured me just let me look around, drive several of the cars and I told him I real I would just look at the used cars. He took me back to get it and told me to have a great day and if I decided just to let him know Again, no pressure!! A few days later, I went back and George helped me make the deal. Went in for my 20k maintenance. About and hour and a half in, I got an electronic notice that I needed to replace both air filters. I approve that and 30 more minutes later, my car was finally done and paid for my filters. I realize later that a part of my care package when I bought the car from the dealership included $5 off each filter purchased and installed by the service department. I called to speak to customer service and they tried to get me the advisor assigned to my car. But I was told he would have to call me back later. That call never came in, let alone I barely spoke to the advisor at the original appointment. More
