C. Curtis was absolutely outstanding at this service appointment with additional new tires and wheel alignment. The entire appointment was completed 45 minutes ahead of schedule and Mr. Curtis found s appointment with additional new tires and wheel alignment. The entire appointment was completed 45 minutes ahead of schedule and Mr. Curtis found several items that should have been accomplished on previous visits which had been overlooked. Toyota of Easley was such an easy experience for trading in a used car and buying a new one. We specifically worked with Ben, and he was so helpful and gave all the information we needed, but he never pushe in a used car and buying a new one. We specifically worked with Ben, and he was so helpful and gave all the information we needed, but he never pushed me to move quicker than I wanted to at any point in time. Once we were ready to buy, he walked us through the process, and it was the quickest process I've ever had with buying a car. We were at the dealership for an hour and a half from start to finish. Really grateful for our experience, happy with our new car, and we would highly recommend Toyota of Easley to anyone looking for a new car! More
