We use Toyota of Easley to service our '24 Corolla and have always been satisfied. Recently, we purchased a 25-yr old Camry with over 237k miles on it to have as a back-up/utility vehicle. We took it in w have always been satisfied. Recently, we purchased a 25-yr old Camry with over 237k miles on it to have as a back-up/utility vehicle. We took it in with a list of things we thought needed to be done based on internet research for recommended maintenance based on mileage and the car having sat for 5 years. Jarred took time to listen as we shared with him what we knew about the vehicle, our concerns, and what our ultimate goal was (to make sure everything was in good running order so we'd have a reliable secondary car). He looked over the services we'd requested and instead of trying to sell us services we didn't need, he was honest and told us that some of the services actually were not recommended and that some may not be needed. He explained the various items they would check, and informed us they would only do the additional diagnostics and flushes if the inspection indicated they needed to be done. Once the inspection was done, he went over the the inspection list and told us what issues were found, the recommended remedies, and the costs. We where sent a text with all of this and were able to go over the list and prices and select the repairs and services we wanted them to move forward with, right from my phone. Jarred explained the wait time for parts that had to be ordered, and informed us of the anticipated time for the repairs. To our surprise, the repairs we completed sooner than we anticipated. We greatly appreciated being kept informed of the progress, the costs, and not having a pushy service advisor trying to sell us more. And Jarred was friendly and respectful! More
On 6/26/25, I pulled into the maintenance shop with my 2025 Tundra and waited approximately 5 to 10 minutes. A kind service writer approached and assisted me. I was charged $149 for a diagnostic check. I was advised that it was a minor issue and they fixed it for no further charge. I believe that they can charge whatever they want to charge for there services but value for a customers is important. My family has 5 Toyotas and all were serviced by Easley Toyota when Eric White was a service writer there because we felt serviced fairly. Since he left there have been a couple of incidents which drew us away from Easley Toyota. I would like to use them for service because of the convenient location. But am hesitant. More

I went here to get a simple software update for my torque converter, as it is the solution to a common problem on the Camry. The dealership refused to perform the update unless I had them replace the torque converter, as it is the solution to a common problem on the Camry. The dealership refused to perform the update unless I had them replace the torque converter (whether it needed to be or not). Yet ironically if I replaced it myself and brought it back, then they would perform the update. After two and a half hours they tell me this and suddenly want to perform diagnostics to tell if it's what I think it is or not. What were they even doing all that time if not diagnosing anything ? I mean, the vehicle history and the TSC clearly show that this is a common problem on the Camry and it is the fix that Toyota came up with to resolve it. Seems to me this specific dealership is simply trying to funnel money out of people. Absolutely absurd, these people. Do not recommend. More
