my appt was at 2:30pm (tire rotation) got there a few minutes early - did not get car back until 4:15pm. An hour and 45 minutes to rotate tires on a Monday? the place was empty. Cailyn was helpful and I am sure there was stuff going on but that seems a little long for a simple tire rotation. Also got an estimate on services that need to be completed - $1500.00. More
