I had to wait forever to drop my car off. It took even longer and talking to 3 people to get to the right person to get pickup my car. In addition, the service person has to check in cars, ca It took even longer and talking to 3 people to get to the right person to get pickup my car. In addition, the service person has to check in cars, call the people and take the money which also slows down when you're standing a line. There was a person standing right behind this man but he couldn't take care of me because I wasn't "assigned" to him. You need to look at streamlining the processes. More
