Had a 12:15 appt for oil change and tire rotation, expected a 1hr appointment. Actual duration was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Unacceptable! More

I paid $90 for an oil change and $150 for diagnostic fee. Ridiculous fee and it’s $50-$75 max at competitive shops. I’ve been a customer for 25 years and will not be back. More

Thank you for reaching out, Mrs. Kanupp. I looked into your account, and it appears that the prepaid maintenance plan on your Highlander expired May 23, 2024. Your last service visit here was on November, 22, 2023, so you would have had available prepaid maintenance available at that time. I completely understand how frustrating this is and I apologize for any confusion we may have caused.
