I had a great experience with sales professional Emileigh at Toyota of Gladstone - she was not pushy, but honest that I should only put down a deposit if I really liked the car. She checked in on me consistently and was good at communicating. And she put me in contact with an insurance broker who was able to quickly get me squared away for insurance. Ultimately the price is what sold me at Toyota of Gladstone as we compared to 3 other dealerships in the Portland, OR area. I was a frustrated with those who handled finance at Toyota of Gladstone. The person I closed with did not take out the deposit from the final price which was an oversight on both our parts. Then I called and that individual said they would return the deposit. 5 business days later, I checked and called again, and another finance manager said they would check back and call me but never contacted me. I had to call Toyota of Gladstone multiple times and finally when I looped in Emileigh, I saw someone took action. Thank you Emileigh! This day the dealership also took around 2 hours to detail the car. It took longer than expected but this was also communicated to us from Emileigh. More
