He was upfront, honest, and answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge. Desk manager Khan and Brian from finance were also helpful, relaxed, and easy to work with. The only sour note with our experience was our encounter with internet sales manager Seth, who presented with a very abrasive and condescending tone. One needs to keep in mind that customers walk away with not only a vehicle purchased, but also with the overall salesman-customer encounter and lasting impression/experience, which even a long-term salesman like Seth did not keep in mind. However, Raul, who has less years in comparison, completely nurtured this concept, which helped to maintain our positive experience overall. Because of him, we are highly satisfied with our vehicle purchase, and we highly recommend Raul as your next salesman if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone. More
