The entire process from the test drive to when we rolled out of the showroom was A++. Our salesperson Levi Cook was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with with buying a car. Real down to earth out of the showroom was A++. Our salesperson Levi Cook was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with with buying a car. Real down to earth and treated us like we were friends. His humbleness and the fact that he admitted he didn’t know what he didn’t know is so rare in salespeople. Everyone else in the transaction from the manager to finance was the same way. We have purchased Toyota previously and love the brand but this was the first time at Gladstone Toyota and this will be our go to dealer from now on. Thank you so much More
