My wife and I were looking for a RAV4 Hybrid in a particular trim and color that was very hard to find. Luckily when we called Roni, she located one that was being delivered soon and helped us pre-pu particular trim and color that was very hard to find. Luckily when we called Roni, she located one that was being delivered soon and helped us pre-purchase it. We were very anxious for our new car to arrive and she kept us up to date throughout the whole process. When it finally arrived, everything was all ready to go and we went and picked it up - easy-peasy. After we got home, we found out there were a few things we had originally ordered that didn't make it into our build, but have no fear, Roni assured us she would make everything right. And she did! We could not be happier with our car! More
