Service and a new purchase I first became a customer when I purchased a 2016 Tacoma. A year later it was a "total" loss and I bought a 2017 Tacoma. Since I injured my right shou I first became a customer when I purchased a 2016 Tacoma. A year later it was a "total" loss and I bought a 2017 Tacoma. Since I injured my right shoulder in the accident, I begrudgingly got an automatic. Yesterday, it came in for it's last free service. But to my delight, you had a 2020 Tacoma with everything on it, a "real" back seat and a Manual Transmission! Kenny Khzam was my sales person, it was a pleasure to work with him and George added an air of joviality to the transaction. Now, I'm looking forward to seeing my service manager, Jason, for years to come. And I'm sure he will appreciate not hearing me complain about the automatic transmission. Really a shame for Toyota to ruin a great truck with a faulty transmission. More

Great Customer Service From John Parohinog I recently bought a new Tacoma TRD Off-road from John Parohinog. I had to work for it a little, but ended up with a great deal on the truck. It was obvious their goal was to sell me a vehicle, but they didn’t hard sell or pressure me to make a quick decision. When I was ready, they worked with me on the price of the truck, and probably gave me more than my trade in was worth to make the deal happen. All in all, I’m pretty happy. John Parohinog was great, and worked hard to help me figure out exactly what I wanted in a truck. He owns a Tacoma, and his knowledge of them was really helpful because there are so many trims and option packages available. He helped me understand the differences so I could zero in on exactly what features I wanted. Throughout the process John was really patient and never made me feel rushed, even though I knew I was taking a lot of his time. If I had questions, I felt like he always responded as soon as he could. John is a good guy, and I really couldn’t have asked for any more from him. He said his goal was to find me the perfect vehicle, while providing the best customer service. I have to say he lived up to that commitment. Even after the sale, I know I can call on him to answer any questions I have about my truck. I would definitely recommend him. More
