It was necessary to visit the dealersh I came to Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a second RAV4 in two years after my 2017 was totaled in an accident. It was necessary to visit the dealership several times to determine what I wanted and what was available in a hybrid. On one occasion I had an appointment with Charity only to find that she wasn't there. Fortunately, I met Daniel and eventually purchased a vehicle from him. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle and generally very pleasant and helpful. I would give Sami zero stars for high pressure and excessive phone calls until I requested to hear directly from Daniel. When the car didn't sell over the weekend, he agreed to a lower price. More
