J.K. was quick to offer pulling the car out to allow for room to tour the car inside and out with additional space. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle and he and the dealership trust and respect the customer enough to allow us to drive without the sales person. Second time I have purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone. Both were the best experience when buying a car. Other dealerships pressure the customer. J.K. told me he was not a salesman he was just a "guy" selling cars. He was right, he was just a "guy" who made the experience pleasant. Thank you! More
