I prefer to shop online and was fortunate to find I don’t purchase cars often and I dread the typical car dealership experience: hungry sales people. I prefer to shop online and was fortunate to find my exact vehicle. I sent an inquiry and received a response right away from Emileigh. I scheduled an appointment and Emileigh said she was devoting that time to make sure I was taken care of. This was refreshing to hear since the prior week I was passed off to different sales people at another dealership. Emileigh was professional, pleasant, friendly, and on top of getting everything arranged. She was communicative and honest about what she knew regarding the car and possible financing. She kept me updated on the process and sat with me while we waited for paperwork. She made sure my car was detailed by the time I was ready to leave. She didn’t miss a beat in making this experience smooth. I returned the next day to drop off a check and Emileigh walked out to greet me. She grabbed me coffee and a gentleman who could help me. Ten minutes later I was on my way. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want and wasn’t forced to wait hours, staring at the ceiling, while others completed paperwork. Everything was smooth and effortless for me, and I truly owe that to Emileigh. More

I have had bad experiences in the past and usually expect everything to go wrong. My experience at Gladstone Toyota and with Emileigh was so wonderful that I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! Emileigh was with us every step of the way from initial contact, finding us the right vehicle, working with us to get us a price we were happy with, helping get the car set up with my preferences and holding the showroom door open personally as I triumphantly drove my new car out of the showroom. She made the whole process seamless and even fun! I can not recommend Emileigh Coen and Gladstone Toyota highly enough! More

What made this experience by far the best ever is the service that I received at every phase of the process. I was actually visiting from out of state when I found my car. I was 150 miles away in Bend and the friend I was visiting wasn’t able to find a window where she could drive me over. The sales representative, Aaron Waxenfelter with whom I was dealing, went to work finding a way to make it happen. He and his manager arranged to have a driver come over, pick me up and drive me to Gladstone. Door to door service. Amazing right? I have to say I was a little nervous about spending 4 hours in a car with a perfect stranger but that turned out to be very pleasant. Like lucking out and having a companionable seat mate on a cross-country flight. Carmen was easy to chat with and an excellent driver. .. Upon meeting Aaron Waxenfelter at the dealership I was immediately at ease. He took great care to answer all of my questions about my vehicle, showed me how everything works, walked me through syncing my phone and input a contact for me (I’m a show-me kind of learner). He even gave advise as to the real world value of my old car which I was planning on selling at blue book pricing. I won’t be leaving a couple of thousand dollars on the table thanks to Aaron. The second key fob hadn't come with my car when it was traded in which was a minor disappointment as they are expensive to replace but with a pre-owned vehicle not unprecedented. Even though Aaron could’ve just as easily blown it off after the deal was done and I was on my way. But he did not. He tracked down the previous owner and was able to find that missing fob. Again, amazing! This truly was my best ever experience buying a car. I can recommend Toyota of Gladstone, Aaron Waxenfelter and the entire team without hesitation. Not only zero pressure or hype but service that is unexpected in today’s culture of wham, bam, thank you ma’am sales. More
