I was I give Jamie Wheeler-Semrad, and the sales crew, at Toyota of Gladstone a 5-star rating for an amazingly exceptional car buying experience. I was in need of a car for family reasons, and was totally stressed out just thinking about buying a car on credit with no cash down, and with subprime credit scores. After spending a year suspended because of a DUI I didn't know what to expect, or what I might end up with. Mind you, I have worked extremely hard over the last three years to improve my credit to where it's at now, but it's not Prime, not yet. So, I went online Wednesday evening and started chatting with Toyota Portland / Gladstone and made an appointment the next morning at the Portland dealership. I also Google car dealerships in Gladstone. I decided that I would have to shop at a certain subprime car dealership because of my credit. The next morning, after dropping my children off in school, I went to the subprime dealership, but they were closed until 9 am! While waiting for them to open, I received a text messages from Jamie at Toyota of Gladstone (luckily, my online chat the night before was forwarded to Jamie). When I did not complete the credit app she text me, she called and told me her dealership is open, Toyota has the best deals in town, and Toyota is the best car brand. I am so happy I took her simple advice to just walk up the road and check it out while I'm waiting for the other dealership to open. Jamie made the entire car buying process stress free, I am thankful for Jamie's persistence. Jamie is caring, compassionate, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and she too is a mom. Jamie and the crew at Toyota of Gladstone made a dream of mine into a reality. I am driving a brand new Toyota! I am a customer for life now.
