I usually dread car shopping because of the high-pressure sales tactics, but working with Wayne was completely different. He never made me feel rushed or pressured at any point. I had a ton of questions, and Wayne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I initially reached out about a car I wasn’t totally in love with, thinking it was all I could afford. But Wayne worked his magic and made it possible for me to drive away in a car I truly love.
