I've own 16 cars now and 75 I typically avoid purchasing cars at car dealerships for the same reasons that others dread the car dealership experience. I've own 16 cars now and 75 percent have been purchased through private party. The other 25 percent were due to not finding a used car model with the same options private party has. I wanted to say that this car dealership experience working with Sou Chao and Brian Dowd changed my perception of the dealership buying experience. I was able to negotiate a car purchase price via email with quick communication with Sou and the finance experience with Brian didnt make me feel pressured on adding any additional options, instead he spent a ton of time explaining and recommending vs pressured sales technique I've dealt with other dealers. Would highly recomend these guys and this dealership to anyone. Wish all dealerships were like this. More

Exceptional customer service! ♥️ First off I started my car buying journey yesterday. I had a timeline of two days to find a car. I had no idea of what make or model I wanted coming i First off I started my car buying journey yesterday. I had a timeline of two days to find a car. I had no idea of what make or model I wanted coming into Toyota of Gladstone. I did minor research and knew the color scheme I wanted to go for. I met with Jake today who walked me through step by step the process of purchasing a new car. I gave him two models that would be within my price range. Jake went above and beyond to make sure what I was asking for and needing in a new car- made happen on his end and that would also make me happy. This is my first car buying purchase on my own- which already made me very hesitant and anxious and stressful to begin with. Especially with having gone to three other dealerships prior to Toyota and being bombarded with high pressure salesman who couldn’t find the car I neeeded or that would fit in my price range. As soon as I walked in the door at Toyota of Gladstone Jake Spinner greeted me, ready and willing to help me find the car that would best fit all my needs. He dealt with my dad and I back and fourth arguing and made sure to listen to what was most important and not waste any of my time. What I liked most about Jake was his honesty, integrity and his sincere love and passion for his job. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and found the car I had been asking for- without having to look at our test drive multiple cars. I would highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and personally recommend Jake Spinner to anyone of my friends, coworkers and family. Jake will not pressure you- but rather make you feel as if you were getting the best and most friendly car buying experience possible. He is a funny and goofy guy- will make you laugh and make your car buying experience FUN. Yeah who would ever guess buying a new car would be fun, haha. Painless New Car Buying While I like having a new car, I always dislike the process I have gone through in the past to buy one. However, that changed with Toyota of Gladst While I like having a new car, I always dislike the process I have gone through in the past to buy one. However, that changed with Toyota of Gladstone and the service from and conversations with the team of Seth, Kristin (both internet pros), and Brian in Finance for the official paperwork. They were all courteous, to the point, and provided options without applying pressure. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and my expections were all met, or exceeded.
